Margalida, the soul of ODS
With over a decade of hospitality experience and formal training in cocktails, Margalida brings knowledge, sensitivity and a meticulous eye to every glass.
Her way of working starts from a simple idea: a cocktail is not just a well-made drink, it is the moment it is served, the conversation that accompanies it and the memory it leaves behind. That is why she designs every menu with the specific event in mind, its guests and the exact moment of the celebration when each glass will reach their hand.

OTC Group Interschools Championship, 2019
A national competition in which you must create an original cocktail recipe and precisely execute twenty-five classic cocktails, judged one by one. It does not reward a stroke of inspiration, it rewards the craft: technique, consistency and control of detail under pressure.
Training new professionals
Teaching is the other half of the craft. Margalida runs cocktail courses and trains new professionals, a responsibility that demands staying up to date with techniques and mastering the classics with millimetric precision.
